This Offer is being made and conducted by Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) on behalf of ‘Mars International India Pvt Ltd’ on following Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Buy a Pedigree (3kg, 10kg, and 20kg) product and get a unique code on the pack, use the code to avail the cashback of Rs 50, Rs 150 and Rs 250 respectively. 
  2. Once the reward mode is selected it cannot be altered.
  3. The Campaign Cashback Offer is valid till 28th February, 2023 in selected cities, till stocks lasts.
  4. The Gold Coin offer is valid only from 7th October, 2022 to 7th December, 2022 in selected cities.
  5. Offer is applicable and valid only twice per user, per house hold, per mobile number, per lifetime. 
  6. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.
  7. Mars International India Pvt. Ltd. products purchased as part of the offer will not be taken back or exchanged. 
  8. Cashback code is personal to the participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else. 
  9. Any queries or concerns regarding the redemption of the Paytm cash must be addressed to Paytm directly. 
  10. The Offer is open to residents of India above 18 years of age (“Participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of Mars International India Pvt Ltd, and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards).
  11. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non encashable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
  12. In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer by any person and if the same is identified, Mars International India Pvt Ltd and Kikoy promotions LLP shall have the right to deny the participation or eligibility in the Offer and may take such action as may be allowed under applicable law.
  13. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon the both the parties. Kikoy Promotions LLP shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations including lockdown restrictions caused due to the pandemic.
  14. By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to hold harmless both the parties and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Program, the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the prize including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.
  15. Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards), its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice. No new Unique Code will be issued in the event of original being stolen/ lost by the Claimant or receiver.
  16. The Offer cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period and the participant agrees to waive off right of redemption on the date of expiry of Offer Period. 
  17. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign, he might not receive campaign messages and Mars International India Pvt Ltd and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) are not liable for the same.

  1. TopRewards will get in touch directly if you are the lucky winner. A total of 60 winners will be selected from all the valid entries received to get a Gold Coin.
  2. Auditors will run the winner selector software where it will provide 3 shortlisted entries.
  3. TopRewards team will then call these shortlisted winners and collect documents (Proof of purchase) and 1 winner will be announced (via SMS and Email) and will get the Gold coin. 
  4. Winners will be announced on the website page and will be updated daily. 
  5. All Saturday and Sunday winners will be announced on Monday. 
  6. Gold Coin will be handed over to the winner within 1 week of announcing the winner.
  7. A Participant irrespective of their entries can win a maximum of one Prize only during the Contest Period of 7th October, 2022 to 7th December, 2022.

You can participate in the promotion by purchasing any of the promotional packs and following the redemption process mentioned on the sticker and under how to redeem (Link) section on the campaign website.

You will find the 10 Digit alphanumeric code on the pack/ along the pack.

Q 11. When will I receive my cashback?

After completing two steps as mentioned in Q5, you will receive your cashback within 48 business hours, if all the details provided for UPI/Paytm are accurate & meet the required criteria. Cashback once processed, will not be reprocessed in any case whatsoever.

Q 12. My Paytm account is not KYC verified will I get Paytm wallet cash through this offer?

Where the Participant(s)’ Paytm account is not KYC verified, the Participant(s) must submit documents for KYC verification as required by law and Paytm within timelines specified by Paytm from time to time shall get such Paytm account KYC verified to be eligible for Offers.

Q 16. What happens if I enter wrong UPI-PIN?
In case you enter the wrong UPI PIN, the transaction will fail. Once the UPI ID is entered while redemption, it cannot be changed. No emails / calls regarding change of UPI ID will be taken into consideration.

Q 17. Do money transfers happen on UPI only during banking hours?
All payments are instant and 24/7, regardless of your bank's working hours.

Q 18. Does customer need to have a bank account or this can be linked to a card or wallet?
Earlier customer was allowed to link only bank accounts, now customer can link PPI Wallets as well in UPI.

Q 19. What is the limit of fund transfer using UPI?
At present, the upper limit per UPI transaction is Rs.2 Lakhs.

Q 20. Will I be able to use UPI across all Mobile platforms?
UPI is available on Android and IOS platform.

Q 21. How do I set my UPI-PIN with the bank directly?
You can set your UPI pin on any PSP app using your debit card details.

Q 22. When will customer receive the money after UPI transaction?
Upon verification, the customer will receive the cashback within 48 business hours in their Bank Account. If all the details provided for UPI/Paytm are accurate & meet the required criteria. Cashback once processed, will not be reprocessed in any case whatsoever.

Q 23. Can the UPI ID be changed?
Once the UPI ID is entered while redemption, it cannot be changed. No emails/calls regarding change of UPI ID will be taken into consideration.

Q 24. What about the winners from Tamil Nadu and Puducherry?

Customers participating from Tamil Nadu and Puducherry will have to complete the slogan “ I love Pedigree…..”

On completion the customer will get the cashback in his wallet for participation. And the best slogan gets a Gold Coin.

Q 25. How will I know if I am a Gold Coin Winner?

If you are the winner, TopRewards team will contact you and ask for your proof of purchase. If everything is in order then you will be declared as a Gold Coin Winner.

You can only be selected as the gold coin winner one time in the entire campaign.
