How do I track my order?

How can I cancel my order?

You as a customer can cancel your order any time before items have been picked up from the warehouse and are out for delivery for which you have placed an order by contacting our customer service via Phone or Email, during business hours mentioned in the site/page.  In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.

If the order has been packed and ready to be shipped, we wont be able to cancel the order.

How do I return ordered items?

We  take returns and initiate refund only on issues related to  quality and freshness. Which means all customer can return the product if they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product.  Customer can return those products by contacting our customer service.

How do I get my money back?

As soon as the order is cancelled due to any of the above mentioned reasons, if you have paid online, the full amount will be credited back to you which will reflect in your bank in 5-7 days. 

How much time does it take to get the refund?

Usually, it takes 5-7 working days to process the refunds from the requested date.

How much time does it take to deliver the items?

It usually takes 2-5 working days from the time of confirmation of the order. However, due to COVID challenges, deliveries may be delayed at times. You may also reach out to customer support for any further clarifications related to deliveries.
